NeBiolina’s conditioner is suitable for all hair types and is multifunctional. It contains organic oat extracts that leave the hair feeling soft and smooth. In addition, the balm is antistatic and provides greater resilience. It also leaves a pleasant scent in the hair that is reminiscent of freshly baked biscuits.
Application: Apply after shampooing to damp hair. Distribute along the lengths, leave on for 2 minutes and then rinse.
